How long does it normally take to receive my order of custom built clocks?
Your clocks will be Custom Built in our Anniston, Alabama workshop and delivered to your organization typically within two weeks. When your order is placed, our representative will give you an approximate delivery date.
Who pays for the shipping of my order?
Custom Built Clocks will pick-up the shipping charges for your entire order! This provides your organization with the maximum profit potential for your fundraiser.

With Custom Built Clocks, the sky is the limit on your fundraising potential. For example, for each clock sold, your school would earn between $8 and $10 per clock. With our scaled pricing structure, the more you sell, the more you earn.
How much should our organization sell each clock for?
It depends on your community. We have found that $20 is the most effective price point. Some schools may prefer to sell the clocks for a little more or a little less. Remember that Custom Built Clocks leaves you in control of your sales price to your buyers.

Do i need to make an order form or is one provided?
Custom Built Clocks will gladly provide you with professional, full-color fundraising forms with a photo of your school's Custom Built Clock. This allows you to focus on selling instead of the paperwork. Click here to see a sample.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
While we have a minimum order of 50, remember that unlike cookie dough or Boston butts, your Custom Built clocks never "go bad." This allows you to sell your clocks over time and to have a few extra in stock for last minute buyers.
What is included with each clock?
Each Custom Built Clock will be packaged in a sturdy box (to prevent damage during delivery) and will include one AA battery. Each Custom Built Clock is ready to be displayed right out of the box!
Can the design change on our clocks for future orders?
Certainly. Custom Built Clocks can create a unique clock face for your school's needs. Ideas include: speciality clocks for State Championship teams, FBLA or Key Clubs, and School band designs.
How big is the clock?
Our standard Custom Built Clock is a nine inch wall clock. Our research indicates that this is a perfect size for ease of delivery to your buyers. It is perfect for home or small business use and display.
When is payment required for our order?
Once the selling period has ended and your order total is confirmed, Custom Built Clocks will provide a detailed invoice to your school or organization. Once a purchase order (or full payment) is received, our team will begin building your orders. Typically, your clocks will be delivered back to the school/organization within two weeks. Upon delivery, full payment is required. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
